  At Fermenti. We Focus on Preserving Tradition. *We Specialize in Hand Crafting Gourmet Living Probiotic Rich Fermented Foods, Beverages and Seasonings!

We will be at The West Asheville Tailgate Market Tuesdays (every other) from 2:30pm-6:30pm on these Dates:

September 5th and 19th,

October 3rd, 17th and 24th and 31st!November 7th, 14th and 21st!


We will be at The River Arts District Market on Wednesdays (every other) from 2pm-6pm starting on:

 May 10th

 May 24th, 

June 7th and 21st,

July 5th and 19th,

August 2nd, 16th and 30th,

September 13th and 27th,

October 11th and 25th,

November 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd!


We will be at The North Asheville Tailgate Market on Saturday from 10am-2pm  on

April 8th,

May 6th,

July 15th and 29th,

August 26th,

September 9th and 23rd,

October 7th and 21st,

November 4th and 18th!

The North Asheville Tailgate Holiday Market On Saturdays:

We will be at The Weaverville Tailgate Market (Every other) Wednesdays from 2-6pm on:

The Hot Springs Homegrown & Handmade Market  OR 

The Black Mountain Tailgate Market  on the rest of the Saturdays this Summer!
